This product is light yellow powder. Its molecular weight is 225 while melting point is 128-132℃. It can be dissolved in organic solvents such as acetone, styrene, benzene and toluene while never be dissolved in water. This product can effectively absorb the ultraviolet radiation in band of 270-340nm and nearly never absorb visible light. It can be colored little in initial stage, is more suitable for colorless products or products of light color. It is widely used in PVC, PS, PC, PMMAPE, ABS resin, unsaturated polyester, araldite, natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It can be also used in paint and synthetic fiber. The general using rate is 0.1-0.5%.
